PolePod undertake to replace any faulty goods in the shortest time period possible, or supply equivalent quality goods accordingly.
PolePod cannot accept liability for goods delivered to third party addresses or goods left in unsecured locations. All goods should be signed for accordingly and PolePod will deliver to nominated secure addresses accordingly at client request.
Customers are responsible for checking delivery items for damage or missing items. Subsequent claims cannot be entertained.
Consumables i.e. the content of the Pod(s) are not covered by the warranty.
Contact us if you damage your pole and we will most likely replace/repair the item; assuming the damage is not severe abuse.

PolePod cannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to courier delay or accept consequential loss liability for any delivery delays.
Any modification to equipment supplied by PolePod and not authorised by PolePod, automatically invalidates any warranty supplied by PolePod to cover goods supplied.
Any goods purchased from PolePod to be used outside of PolePod specified application, including adding chemicals, will not be covered, as PolePod have no control over their use or application.
All water based systems are vulnerable to frost damage and it is the client's responsibility to ensure that no part of the equipment supplied is left unprotected in freezing conditions. Frost damage is not covered under warranty and suspect frost damaged goods must be returned to PolePod at client expense for evaluation as necessary.
